Our services are sold to businesses, not to consumers.

What we provide

• Amazon listing images. Custom image sets designed for a product listing, including hero shots, feature and benefit graphics, lifestyle scenes, size and usage images.

• Amazon A+ Content. Branded modules designed for the A+ Content section of a listing.

• Amazon product videos. Short product videos built from supplied photos and assets.

• Monthly content plans for restaurants. A set number of social media posts, short videos and story sets each month, designed from photos you supply.

The exact deliverables, quantity and price for your project are confirmed in writing before any work begins. That written confirmation, together with these terms, forms our agreement.

How we create your content

We build your visuals around the product photo and materials you send us. We use artificial intelligence tools to create backgrounds, scenes and graphics around your real product. We do not invent or substitute your product: the item shown in your images is the item in the photo you supplied.

You are responsible for making sure that everything you send us is yours to use, and that you have the rights and permissions for any product photos, logos, fonts, trademarks and images of people that you provide.

Timelines

• Your first set of files is delivered within 72 hours of project confirmation. This clock runs Monday to Friday and starts once we have received your payment or agreed deposit, your product photos and all information we need.

• Revisions are returned within 72 hours of receiving your consolidated feedback, on the same Monday to Friday basis.

• If we are waiting on materials or answers from you, the clock pauses until we receive them.

Revisions

Each project includes two consolidated rounds of revisions, unless your written quote says otherwise. Consolidated means all of your feedback for that round is sent together. Further changes, or changes that alter the agreed direction of the project after it is approved, are quoted separately.

Prices and payment

• Prices are quoted in US dollars and confirmed in writing before work starts.

• Projects under 800 USD: payment in full before work begins.

• Projects of 800 USD and above: 50% before work begins, and the remaining 50% before final files are delivered.

• Payment methods: bank transfer is our standard method, and invoice details are provided with every invoice. Card payment is available for monthly plans.

• An invoice is issued for each payment that becomes due.

• Monthly plans are billed in advance each month on the date of your first payment.

• Taxes are charged where applicable, according to our tax status and your location.

• Final files are delivered once payment has been received in full.

Cancellations and refunds

• Before work begins: cancel and receive a full refund.

• After work begins: the amount covering work already carried out is non refundable. Anything paid beyond that is refunded.

• After delivery of the first set of files: payments are non refundable. If something is not right, we fix it through your included revision rounds.

• Monthly plans: you may cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. We do not refund part months. You keep everything delivered up to that point.

What you own

Once you have paid in full, you own the final delivered files and may use them however you wish, including on Amazon, your website, and social media.

Until payment is made in full, we retain ownership of the files.

We keep the right to show the work we create for you in our portfolio and marketing, unless you ask us in writing not to.

Your responsibilities on Amazon and other platforms

Amazon and other platforms set their own rules about images, claims and content. You are responsible for making sure that what you publish complies with those rules and with advertising and labelling law, including any claims about ingredients, results, certifications or comparisons. We will follow reasonable guidance you give us, but we cannot be responsible for a listing being suppressed or rejected by a platform.

What we do not promise

We create content designed to present your product well. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome, including sales, rankings, conversion rates, impressions or follower growth.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost sales or loss of data.

Confidentiality

We keep your product information, unreleased products and business details confidential, and will not share them with anyone other than as needed to carry out the work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law, and the courts of Hungary have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your project is the version published when your project was confirmed.
